The Greenwich Symphony Orchestra is proud to announce the winners of the 2022 Teen Talent contest! This contest was specifically designed to promote young orchestral talent as well as to build confidence among a diverse group of 13-19 year old's in Fairfield and Westchester County schools.
We had a very large number of talented young people who entered from all over Fairfield and Westchester counties. Each participant produced their initial performance on video which was then reviewed by our panel of judges. From these entries we chose 13 finalists. The 13 finalists then participated in a live competition in front of the GSO judges. Here are the winners and honorable mentions for our High School and Middle School groups.
After significant internal consultation, the judges selected the following winners of $500 in the High School Group:
