The Greenwich Symphony Announces the Winners of the Teen Talent Contest

The Greenwich Symphony is proud to announce the winners of the first Teen Talent contest. Over 60 very talented young people from all over Fairfield and Westchester counties participated via live zoom auditions before a panel of nine judges. Judging was done over four days and recorded so that judges could return to the performances and review.

After much deliberation, the following winners of $500 were chosen in the High School Group:

Aniketh Arvind, Piano, Hackley School, Tarrytown, 9th Grade





His performance: Chopin, Grande Valse Brillante



Stephanie Chang, Piano, Greenwich High School, 10th Grade




Her performance: Beethoven, Sonata No. 4 in E flat major



Sadie Goodman, Flute, Homeschool, South Salem, 10th Grade




Her performance: Georges Hue, Fantaisie



In the Middle School Group, these students won the $300 prize:

Evan James Lee, Cello, Scarsdale Middle School, 8th Grade




His performance: Kabalevsky, Cello Concerto No. 1




Jordan Pak, Viola, Ardsley Middle School, 8th Grade




Her performance: Casadesus/JC Bach Concerto in C minor



Teresa Wang, Piano, Weston Middle School, 8th Grade



Her performance: Haydn, Sonata in C major
