September 26-27 CANCELLED

Peter Tesei, Chairman of the Greenwich Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors, announces the board's decision to cancel the September 2020 concerts. Musicians and board members are working together developing creative ways to continue to bring classical music to our audience in these challenging times. The season of live GSO concerts will resume when conditions permit. Subscriptions will, of course, be honored at that time.


Concerts are held at the Performing Arts Center at Greenwich High School, 10 Hillside Road in Greenwich Saturdays at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 3 pm.

Halley Gilbert has performed multiple leading roles with the Bronx Opera Company including Susanna (The Marriage of Figaro), Violetta (La Traviata), and Birdie (Regina).

Pianist and composer Mika Rännäli has toured extensively in Scandinavia, central and southern Europe, Japan and the U.S. He has appeared with the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, the Sinfonia Lahti, the Oulu Symphony Orchestra, the Greenwich Symphony, the Biel-Bienne Symphony Orchestra (Switzerland), and the Flawiler Chamber Orchestra (Switzerland).
