Praised for her evocative lyricism and vibrant stage presence, Aubree Oliverson has emerged as one of the most compelling violinists of her generation. Critics have described her performances as “powerful… brimming with confidence and joy” (Miami New Times).
Aubree has appeared as soloist with orchestras across North America and Europe, including the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra, Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, Zagreb Philharmonic, Utah Symphony, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, North Carolina Symphony, Pacific Symphony, and San Diego Symphony. Equally devoted to standard repertoire and overlooked masterpieces, she is recognized for bringing fresh insight to both beloved classics and lesser-known works.
An accomplished recitalist and chamber musician, Aubree has collaborated with artists including Jean-Yves Thibaudet, Gil Shaham, Anne Akiko Meyers, Renaud Capuçon, and Robert McDuffie, and has appeared at festivals such as Aspen, Tippet Rise, Moab, and Aix-en-Provence.
A recipient of numerous honors, Aubree was named a United States Presidential Scholar in the Arts and received the 2023 Francis Rosen Prize at the Colburn Conservatory, where she earned both her Bachelor’s Degree and Artist Diploma under the guidance of Robert Lipsett. She performs on a Giovanni Battista Guadagnini violin generously provided through the Beare’s International Violin Society.
